Job summary

Belk is hiring for multiple seasonal roles across Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. This team member will help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and support daily store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting with curbside pickup, stocking and merchandising, and keeping selling areas clean.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers with personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Support store operations including store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, promotions, product processing and placement, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain attractive selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
• Stay informed of products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating team achievements.
• Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to minimize risk.
