Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate in a Buckle store in Texas. The role focuses on delivering an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests through friendly service, product knowledge, and proactive assistance.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, processing purchases, and maintaining store standards with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to all Guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchanges policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide service across Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Open/close cash registers and perform POS tasks; balance drawers and handle deposits.
