Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Shrewsbury, MA to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will greet customers, understand needs, explain products, and support sales across all channels, while upholding merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include ringing up customers, processing new product, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness. Prior experience is preferred, with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask while assisting customers and staying flexible to business needs.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Professional conduct and attire per dress code.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs with proper safety techniques.
