Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for our busy holiday season, October through January. You will deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, stock the floor, and ensure seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Candidates should have strong people and sales skills, the ability to learn technology, and a flexible schedule to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• On-the-job training provides procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, computer, handheld device, phone, and mobile devices.
• Move merchandise and stock; lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Engage customers, meet needs, and make product recommendations.
• Inform management about restocking, service needs, and feedback.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive environment.
