Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver friendly service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment at Town Center.

You will greet customers, understand needs, explain product features, upsell, and process transactions at the POS while maintaining merchandising standards and store cleanliness. Must be able to stand long hours and work flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask while assisting customers.
