Five Below is hiring for a customer-facing role in our store. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and guide them to merchandise while actively engaging in suggestive selling to boost sales.

You will promote store events, resolve issues, and communicate feedback to management. This hourly position emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and a positive customer experience across all interactions.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding merchandise restocking and customer feedback.
• Support team and company goals by collaborating with the team for store objectives.
