Job summary

Under Armour is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and support daily store operations during peak seasons. You’ll handle stock duties when needed and help maintain a clean, organized shop floor.

We’re seeking energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available to work holidays, nights, and weekends. Salary ranges $17.75 to $19.98 per hour, with generous employee discounts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements: At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience and work well in a team.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program.
• Be accountable for self-development and opportunities to increase performance.
• Deliver omni-channel requests per UA process and policy.
• Fulfill working hours as scheduled per Under Armour's attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
