Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will support daily operations, stock duties, and assist with both front and back-of-store tasks.

The role is ideal for earning extra income during peak seasons. Candidates should be at least 16 years old, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and flexible to work holidays and weekends. Basic English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move as needed
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist with front and back of store duties
• Handle point of sale and payment processes
• Respond to omni-channel requests through the digital experience; work well in a team
• Promote customer loyalty by explaining the Rewards program
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities
• Execute omni-channel requests per UA policies
• Adhere to attendance policy and complete tasks assigned by management
