Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of the action during our busy holiday season, October through January. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service while keeping merchandise organized and ensuring seamless checkout experiences at the register.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, flexible, tech-friendly, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

At least 16 years old.
Available to work a flexible schedule.
Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, devices).
Good communicator with the ability to engage customers.
Able to handle customer interactions professionally.
Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
On-the-job training to learn procedures.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly and efficiently.
Understand customer needs and direct to merchandise with recommendations.
Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives; turn returns into exchanges when possible.
Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and feedback.
Collaborate with team to meet store goals and create a positive work environment.
Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
