Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates for the holiday season (October through January). The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining well-stocked merchandise, and providing seamless checkout experiences at the register.

You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and promote current events and promotions to help drive sales. Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, flexible availability, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld/mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly; acknowledge customers and provide assistance while handling multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns by using product knowledge to offer alternatives; aim for exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking, service requirements, and customer feedback.
• Support team and company goals by collaborating to achieve store objectives.
