Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of the holiday rush, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. You will greet customers, assist with product selections, and ensure the sales floor is clean, stocked, and inviting.

This temporary role runs through October to January, with shifts that fit a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, comfortable with technology, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old and available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new devices.
• Good communicator able to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide assistance.
• Understand customer needs by sharing product knowledge and guiding them to merchandise.
• Inform customers about promotions and events to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering alternatives and turns returns into exchanges when possible.
• Report merchandise restocking and service needs to management in a timely manner.
