Responsibilities include stocking, maintaining store appearance, and helping hit sales, profit, and shrinkage targets. Availability for holidays, weekends, and nights is required, with a friendly, team-oriented approach to serve guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or guest service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work during peak seasonal days, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service by greeting customers and assisting with video game needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain a clean, organized shopping area.
• Stock shelves, transfer products from stock room, and ensure merchandise is presented well.
• Assist in achieving sales, profit, and shrinkage goals while following store policies.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store lead when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety procedures.
• Adhere to attendance, dress, grooming, and confidentiality standards.
