Five Below is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of the holiday rush in Everett, MA. You will provide outstanding customer service, maintain well-stocked floors, and ensure smooth checkout experiences at the register.

The role emphasizes energetic customer interactions, strong sales skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment through January. Starting wage is $15.50 per hour, with seasonal hours including day and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or cash-register experience preferred.
• Must be able to learn new technology and POS systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work day, evening, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 16 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide help across multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge, answer questions, guide to merchandise, and offer recommendations.
