Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will promote selling and service excellence, gain product knowledge, and support merchandising and store operations while helping meet sales goals.

Strong communication and flexible scheduling are essential, including nights, weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly pay with incentives and a generous benefits package accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADT).
• Be informed and understand current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and handle cash at POS registers.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
