Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience. You will become an expert on product categories, communicate features and benefits, and help drive sales while maintaining merchandising standards and accurate POS transactions.

In this role, you will learn promotions, assist with stock replenishment, and collaborate with store leadership to improve skills and metrics.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate product features and benefits clearly.
• Maintain accurate transactions and cash handling.
• Understand promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain goals like UPT, ADT, add-ons, and customer data capture.
• Stay informed on current promotions and ads.
• Assist with floor moves, displays, merchandising, and store housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor stock levels on the floor.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media.
• Partner with store leadership to improve skills and metrics.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
