Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Sales Partner to engage customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will use product knowledge, service skills, and POS proficiency to support sales goals and provide a welcoming shopping environment.

As part of a team, you will help maintain visual merchandising standards, assist with stock and floor moves, and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace during a busy season.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and POS familiarity encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and manage cash/media at POS.
• Collaborate with store leadership to improve skills and meet metrics.
• Adhere to store policies and local laws while performing duties.
