Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Ability to communicate product features and benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture and build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits.
• Maintain measurable goals like UPT and ADT and capture customer information.
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and handle cash/registers.
• Seek ways to improve skills and metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate quality work, attendance, and appearance.
