Qualifications

• In-store customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to meet sales goals and contribute to KPIs.
• Familiarity with promotions and advertising is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer info capture rates.
• Be informed and understand current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales set up, and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitoring/replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and handle cash/media at POS registers.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
