Job summary

Boot Barn is hiring Seasonal Sales Partners to help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will engage with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales while upholding Boot Barn's values and community spirit.

The role supports promotional campaigns, merch standards and store presentation, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities across new store openings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve goals: UPT, ADT, add-ons, and data capture.
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and maintain cash/media accountability at POS.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to laws and company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
