Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture and build customer relationships.
• Learn product categories and communicate features and benefits.
• Maintain goals like UPT, ADT and data capture.
• Stay informed on promotions and ads.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and floor moves.
• Process merchandise and cash transactions accurately at POS.
• Collaborate with store leadership to improve skills and metrics.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work and attendance.
