Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate features and benefits.
• Meet goals for units per transaction, average dollar per transaction, and add-ons.
• Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenish floor stock.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and manage cash and POS accountability.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain quality of work and appearance.
