Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to engage customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will embody our mission and demonstrate selling and service expertise, product knowledge, visual merchandising and POS proficiency.

Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
Be informed about promotions and advertisements.
Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
Process merchandise and complete sales transactions at POS.
Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
Adhere to laws, policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
