Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to engage customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Partners embody Boot Barn's mission and values, demonstrating selling, service, product knowledge and POS proficiency.

Seasonal employment is temporary; compensation includes hourly pay plus selling incentives and store bonuses; benefits include merchandise discounts and health coverage; opportunities for growth with 50+ new stores annually.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Prepare and communicate current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and manage cash at POS.
• Partner with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates quality work, attendance and appearance.
