Job summary

Spirit Halloween is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. You will help maintain Guest Services per Company Standards and assist in driving sales through sign waving, merchandising and POS operations.

Requirements include a minimum age of 16, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk up to 8 hours, and willingness to work in a fast-paced seasonal environment with emphasis on loss prevention and teamwork.
