Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, packing up and tearing down a seasonal store. You will help maintain Guest Services per Company Standards and contribute to sales through merchandising and POS operations.

The role involves sign waving, general housekeeping and loss prevention, with physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. Minimum age is 16.

• Assist Store Management with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Assist with driving sales through sign waving, merchandising, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
