Job summary

Spirit Halloween is hiring a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. You will be responsible for maintaining Guest Services in line with company standards and aiding the Store Management Team to drive sales through sign waving, merchandising, pricing and POS operations, while helping with loss prevention.

The role requires a minimum age of 16 and the ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours.
• Experience with ladders and fixture setup helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
