Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.

The role involves maintaining guest services to company standards, driving sales, handling sign waving, pricing and POS operations while supporting loss prevention. Minimum age is 16, and duties may require 8 hours of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand 8 hours.
• Guest services or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain guest services per company standards.
• Generate sales, sign waving, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
• Perform general housekeeping and merchandising.
