The role involves greeting customers, handling the cash register, managing inventory, and supporting visual merchandising and safety policies. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and address questions.
• Communicate return policy effectively to customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude and promote the store and brand image through dress and behavior.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized back-stock and break areas; support safety policies.
