Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Sales Lead to enhance the customer experience in our Wisconsin stores. You will stay informed about products, promotions, and sustainability initiatives, and you will communicate the brand story to customers and teammates with enthusiasm.

You will oversee daily store operations, greet customers, manage the cash register, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain merchandising standards while upholding a positive, professional environment for the team.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to build brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and respond to their questions.
• Explain the return policy and process purchases smoothly.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with inventory checks.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Promote store image per Visual Merchandising standards and dress code.
• Support team and share feedback to achieve sales goals.
