Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG division is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote our brands across the store. You will stay current with all promotions and marketing initiatives to engage customers, while communicating sustainability initiatives and ethical commitments in every interaction.

You will lead by example on service, merchandising, and operational standards, including cash handling, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter
• Excellent team building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and address questions.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandized according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized back-stock and break area; participate in daily housekeeping tasks.
• Promote the store and brand image and adhere to the dress code; respond to theft per policy.
• Support a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance and teamwork.
