Job summary

ALO in Short Hills, NJ is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support store goals during peak periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and embodying the ALO Brand Mission. This role emphasizes authentic connection, product knowledge, and personalized service to drive sales and loyalty.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, with up to 20 hours per week, and requires willingness to work through the Blackout period and holiday season. Prior client-centric sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading ALO Flow initiatives and improving productivity on the floor

• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and execute selling initiatives
