Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Paramus, NJ to deliver exceptional guest experiences and bring the ALO Brand Mission to life. You will drive sales, build loyalty, and contribute to a high-performing team with authentic product knowledge and personalized service.

Part-time non-exempt role, up to 20 hours per week, with required availability during Blackout period and holiday season. Base pay $17.00/hour, plus potential monthly incentives; total compensation may be higher with

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results and work well in a team.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO Flow initiatives.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships daily.
• Analyze reports with leadership to inform action plans and growth opportunities.
• Ensure front/back of house procedures align with Policy & Procedures.
• Support product flow, merchandising, and replenishment as needed.
