Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales operations during peak seasons to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

You will greet customers, answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, process returns and exchanges, handle POS transactions accurately, promote the MINISO Membership Program, and contribute to visual merchandising standards while working flexibly including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
• Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
