Job summary

MINISO USA seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, keep the store presentation inviting, and support daily sales during peak periods, contributing to a positive and efficient shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing inquiries, returns and exchanges, restocking shelves, executing visual merchandising, handling POS transactions, and enrolling customers in the MINISO Membership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently; handle payments and promotions.
• Promote MINISO Membership and use POS to apply promotions and check inventory.
