Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague to blend selling with genuine hospitality, helping customers find the right products and services, both on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You’ll use product knowledge, warmth, and a personal approach to turn visits into memorable experiences.

Typical hours are 10–20 per week, with availability across days, evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll help maintain a clean, inviting shopping space, meet sales goals, participate in loyalty

Formación

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities; you can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• You can handle electronic devices with no problem

Responsabilidades

• Blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences.
• Drive performance through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors.
• Keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so every customer feels welcome.
• On the floor, focus on the customer with a warm welcome and personal conversations to foster relationships.
• Merchandising new receipts, process damages, testers and select merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing.
• Support any needed merchandise moves and ensure accurate signage.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and assist customers to maximize value.
• End interactions with a sincere thank-you and a positive last impression.
