Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United States seeks a Sales Associate to create a signature guest experience in LEGO stores. You will greet guests, provide product insights, and maintain a visually engaging, welcoming store environment that reflects our commitment to quality and imagination.

You will join our Brand Retail team, bringing energy and customer focus. The role offers a hybrid work policy, training investment, and opportunities to inspire creativity in-store.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills to connect effectively with team members and guests of all ages.
• Knowing your way around a retail environment is a big plus, but we are ready to invest in your training if you have the right attitude.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends, to support the team when the business needs it most.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest in your location, perform all cash register functions and portray a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner (80%).
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by maintaining store displays and LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely operate the store stockroom and assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom to standards and notify management of shortages.
