Job summary

ALO in Miami is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support peak periods with exceptional guest experiences and brand-driven service. You will help drive sales, nurture customer relationships, and contribute to a high-performing store team through authentic product knowledge and personal service.

The role requires the ability to move throughout the store, assist with shipments and replenishment, and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• A proactive approach to teamwork and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading store initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly, easy-to-shop experience.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results; support action plans.
• Ensure front and back of house procedures align with policy and daily operations.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model through knowledge and testimony.
