Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 35 pounds when merchandising the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed the personal sales and productivity goals with your store manager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize sales opportunity.
• Identify customer needs and overcome objections if raised.
• Maintain client development beyond the initial transaction via phone, email and written follow-up.
• Maintain housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
• Operate the POS register and email systems.
• Safeguard the store’s inventory by adhering to loss prevention programs.
• Follow all store policies and procedures.
• Manage client books and clienteling.
