KnitWell Group’s WHBM store in Novi, MI is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized, hospitality-driven experience.

You’ll initiate authentic conversations, educate shoppers about brand loyalty programs, support merchandising and stock, and help keep the store visually inspiring. Flexible availability (including nights, weekends and holidays) and a mindset of teamwork are required; applicants must be at least 18 years old for Michigan.

You’ll bring to the role Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence. Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays. Team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative. Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old. Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
