You’ll share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and deliver personalized service across in-store and digital channels. You’ll support merchandising, inventory, and store organization, maintain an inspiring visual environment, and collaborate with teammates to meet personal and store goals.

You'll bring to the role

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
