General Function

Our Sales Associates are essential to our success. You will deliver authentic, fun, and energetic experiences, helping customers find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales and meet company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
2. Provide exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences that ensure satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and accuracy in tasks
• Self-accountability for sales goals, utilizing selling skills and motivation
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
