Position: Seasonal/Temporary

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties And Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
• Confidently provide an exceptional customer experience through making connections, attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results using selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a changing environment
