GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are key to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meet sales goals by building relationships and brand loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt accurately
