GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the key to ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. The role involves demonstrating excellent customer service skills, achieving sales and service goals, providing product knowledge, and working collaboratively to meet store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meet sales and customer service goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and developing new ones.
• Provide an exceptional and memorable customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and offering suitable solutions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with colleagues, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, organized, and secure.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and accountability for meeting sales goals
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
