General Function:

Sales Associates are key to our success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and company goals by building relationships with new and existing customers to foster brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service by making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a tailored shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and build professional relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain store appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized; secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability
• Self-accountability in meeting sales goals through effective selling skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a changing environment

Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.90
