Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Adaptable and proactive on the shop floor.
• Passion for home and design, especially soft home products.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with retail systems (Shopify POS, Slack, Google Workspace).
• Availability up to 25 hours per week, with at least two weekend shifts.
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Premium Selling & Service Execution: greet customers and recommend products.
• Expert Product Storytelling: educate on features, materials, and gifting options.
• Daily Operational Tasks: maintain clean floor and handle POS returns/exchanges.
• Inventory Accuracy Support: assist shipments and stock flow.
• Visual Merchandising Maintenance: update displays per HQ directives.
• Active Shift Collaboration: participate in daily team huddles and coverage.
• In-the-Moment Problem Solving: address questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: seek feedback and apply coaching to improve styling and service skills.
