Qualifications

• 0–3 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally in a premium environment.
• An adaptable and proactive mindset: takes initiative and supports daily workflows.
• A passion for the “Soft Home” space: love for comfort, design, and home styling.
• Strong communication and active listening skills: connect with diverse groups and solve problems.
• Familiarity with select retail/workplace systems: Apple-based ecosystem (iPads/Macs), Shopify POS, Slack, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Premium Selling & Service Execution: greet customers warmly and recommend soft home options.
• Expert Product Storytelling: educate customers on design options, promotions, and inventory.
• Daily Operational Tasks: maintain clean floor, process POS transactions, handle returns.
• Inventory Accuracy Support: assist with stock replenishment and shipment checks.
• Visual Merchandising Maintenance: execute updates per HQ directives.
• Active Shift Collaboration: participate in daily team huddles and ensure floor coverage.
• In-the-Moment Problem Solving: address questions and escalate when needed.
• Continuous Improvement: seek feedback and apply store leadership coaching.
