Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak seasonal days. You will prioritize customer satisfaction, assist with video game recommendations, and help maintain a clean, well-merchandised selling floor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, stocking merchandise, supporting inventory control, and contributing to sales initiatives while following store policies and procedures. Availability during peak periods is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs during every transaction.
• Support store operations including visual and merchandising tasks and contribute to holiday sales initiatives.
• Assist with stocking and restocking merchandise and keep shelves organized and well-presented.
• Help the store team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and follow safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
