Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Ardmore, PA to support store goals during peak periods. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, apply product knowledge, and contribute to a teamwork-driven environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining engaging storefronts, assisting with shipments, and upholding ALO’s standards. Part-time, non-exempt role requiring frequent movement and physical tasks, with an opportunity to join a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Aligns with ALO guiding principles.
• Constant movement in and around store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist, and safely use a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Impact the business and store environment positively in line with leadership and company goals.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and maintaining productivity.
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results and support action plans for growth opportunities.
• Maintain effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Educate guests on store goals, initiatives, new product launches, and store information.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal knowledge.
• Leverage company tools, incentives, and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture.
• Protect the daily schedule in collaboration with Store Leadership.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and replenishment.
• Follow all front and back of house procedures as per policy.
