Overview

Assist the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensure a positive customer experience, support our brand promise "Every Day Should Feel This Good," and prioritize service excellence.

Responsibilities
  1. Meet sales goals and performance measures.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with top customers.
  3. Support in-store event sourcing and execution.
  4. Create a welcoming store environment reflecting our brand vision.
  5. Lead efforts in email capture and educate new associates on best practices.
  6. Maintain current customer wish lists and notify customers of product arrivals.
  7. Assist in training new associates.
  8. Foster a fun, energetic, and inclusive team environment.
  9. Support recruitment and team-building activities.
  10. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
  11. Contribute to weekly product feedback.
